Each group will write a quiz for its social media presentation. The instructor will write the quizzes for the book chapters. The instructor will also give the quiz question titles to help guide each groups presentation.

Individuals or groups must submit quiz drafts as a Word document to the appropriate dropbox folder before 8 a.m., on the day of the presentation, typically on Tuesdays.

To guide the questions and content for the quizzes you create, use the formula and principles from The Social Media Business Equation, or you might use the chapters of Orsburn’s book. If you chose the formula as a guide, remember to at least include the ROI or tracking and goal chapter.

Questions should include the following

  • Short answer
  • Multiple choice
  • Select all that apply
  • All but

When there are a lot of choices, go with the last three of the list, rather than short answer questions. When you need to allow respondents flexibility of interpretation or an opportunity to offer examples to support their response, then short answer is best. Don’t forget: Avoid polar questions.

Create 5 – 10 questions from the types of questions above.
